OMS Modernization White Papers

Abilis Solutions, a leader in public safety and offender management systems, created a compelling white paper series to share insights and expertise around OMS modernization. I was brought in to design all three documents in The OMS Modernization Series™, with the goal of turning complex, technical content into clear, engaging, and accessible resources for their audience.

We began by establishing the tone and visual direction: professional yet approachable, informative without overwhelming the reader. I designed clean, intuitive layouts and developed custom infographics—including icons, illustrations, and charts—to visually support the content and break down complex ideas.

At this point, the series includes three white papers, each focused on a key aspect of modernizing offender management systems. The success of the series has generated interest in future publications—and I’m proud to have helped bring their vision to life through thoughtful, strategic design.
