Correctional Agency Case Study

For this project with Abilis Solutions, I designed a detailed case study highlighting a correctional agency’s journey toward modernizing offender management systems. The goal was to create a visually engaging, easy-to-follow document that clearly communicates the agency’s story and strategic approach.

To achieve this, I developed a clean layout organized into key sections: Agency Description, Strategic Objectives, Legacy Environment, Implementation Approach, Outcomes & Innovations. Each section features custom-designed infographics, icons, and charts tailored to visually represent complex information and data. These visual elements help break down technical content, making the case study accessible and impactful for decision-makers and stakeholders.

Working closely with the client, I ensured that the design reflected their brand identity while enhancing clarity and readability throughout the document. The final product effectively balances detailed insights with compelling storytelling, helping Abilis Solutions demonstrate their expertise and success in public safety technology.
